In our practice, we blend Vinyasa Flow with Ashtanga influences in yoga. Vinyasa entails movements synchronized with breath, allowing for seamless transitions between postures. Our Vinyasa instructors curate their classes and music to ensure smooth flow from one pose to another. While the intensity echoes Ashtanga, each Vinyasa session is unique. Matt Pilates is moving mindfully as flowing beings, continuously moving, shifting from one pose to another with grace and tranquility, a controlled effort, yet utterly natural. This incredible practice focuses on building core strength, cross body co-ordination and the lengthening and strengthening of all muscle groups. Pilates props are essential for assisting on focusing on isometric movements which isolate and target specific muscle groups.
